High Performance Programme
Our Senior programme consists of up to 8 sessions a week, including 3 water sessions, 2 ergo’s and 2 S&C sessions. We complete our land training at Surrey Sports Park and row out of Molesey Boat Club.
The HP programme is for athletes looking to compete at the highest level. It includes up to 10 training sessions a week, consisting of 3 ergo’s, 3-4 water sessions and 3 S&C sessions.
